Service Description

This walk and talk staging consultation will provide you with all the expert advice needed to empower you to get your home ready for the market in the best possible light for a positive first impression to potential buyers. We will walk through your home for up to two hours as I make proven staging and design suggestions for what needs to be done to the property before it's debut. We will use what you already have in the home to showcase it's best assets. I also include a showings/open house checklist, a vendor contact list for jobs you may not want to tackle alone, and access to my add-on services such as photo prep and decor enhancement.
