For this full-bodied comprehensive marketing consultation, we will roll up our sleeves and walk through every inch of your home keeping a buyer's mentality while providing suggestions using proven staging and design techniques to prepare your home for online photos, showings, and open houses. We will spend up to 4 hours making some noticeable transformations as we re-work some aspects of your space using what you already have to enhance the positive aspects of each area of your home. In addition, you will also be provided with a full home staging report complete with to-do check lists and suggestions for each area of your home to take the guess work out of how to make your home the most marketable as possible. You will also receive purchase links for additional decor and staging needs if necessary, a showings/open house checklist, a vendor contact list for jobs you don't want to tackle alone, curb appeal and additional outdoor area suggestions, example pictures to make the staging process quicker and easier for you to see, and access to additional Q&A's and my suggestions via texts, phone calls, and/or emails up until the home is listed!
